MiniFOK Cable Blowing Machine provides an excellent flexibility and compact design to the users offering a complete solution. The product allows you to blow the cables -micro type cable and micro-duct-. The Cable Blowing Machine can install the cables in a range of Ø 2,5 to 12 mm and various ducts outer diameters 7 to 40mm are available upon request. Customized Duct diameter can be made upon request. MiniFOK is engineered for blowing telecommunication cables or micro ducts in preinstalled ducts. This multifunctional machine is easy to use for the installation of cables, micro-cables or micro-ducts by air and covers a wide range of cable diameters.
The Machine has a significant productivity and it considerably increases your labor’s production capacity. A special and carefully designed pallet system assuring an excellent cable drip and decrease the damage risk. Clamping system adjust the cable outer diameter fluctuation/tolerance. In addition to that, its high-tech engineered design and structure improve blowing performance. Each part of machine is engineered and produced to meet and exceed the expectation of customer requirements. MiniFOK it is equipped with a distance and speed indicator.

MiniFOK ist eine Einblasmaschine für Glasfaserkabel, die zum Einblasen von Kabeln in Telekommunikationskanäle und Mikrokanäle mit Hilfe von Druckluft entwickelt wurde. Mit 3 Palettenoptionen wie 2,5-4mm, 5-8mm und 9-12mm bläst sie Kabel von min. 2,5mm bis max. 12mm. Diese Blasmaschine für Glasfaserkabel arbeitet mit einem Luftmotor zum Blasen der Kabel und Rohre. Aufgrund 1 Luftmotor, kann es perfekt blasen Glasfaserkabel in Kanälen.
Das spezielle Palettendesign ermöglicht es Ihnen, Ihre Kabel unter schlammigen Feldbedingungen zu verlegen, ohne dass die Kabelverlegeleistung beeinträchtigt wird. Sie können die Geschwindigkeit und Richtung der Kabelverlegung mit einem Regelventil einstellen. Ein klug konstruierter Auslasskasten liefert eine hochproduktive Leitung für Druckluft in Telekommunikationskanäle. Der schnelle Luftanschluss erleichtert Ihr Geschäft mit einer einfachen Steckmethode. Es ist komplett Made in Turkey mit internationalen Standards.
Einzelne Luftmotoren sorgen für eine kontinuierliche, hocheffektive Kabelblasenergie. Sie können die in die Telekommunikationskanäle eintretende Luft mit Hilfe von Ventilen ein- oder ausschalten. Das Festo Schmiersystem entzieht der vom Kompressor kommenden Druckluft die Feuchtigkeit und versorgt die Druckluftmotoren kontinuierlich mit Schmierstoff.
