19″ IP66 Outdoor Telecom Cabinet – GUARD BOX BASIC

GUARD BOX BASIC is a 19″ IP66 outdoor telecom cabinet designed to protect telecom, network, and power equipment in harsh outdoor environments. The cabinet provides IP66 protection against dust, water penetration, and corrosion with a mono-block welded structure and insulated cabinet body.

Installation Flexibility

The GUARD BOX BASIC cabinet supports pole mounting, wall mounting, and free-standing installation configurations. Cable entry points and grounding connections are designed to simplify field installation and maintenance.

Cabinet Construction Design

The cabinet body is manufactured using mono-block welding technology to eliminate structural gaps and improve mechanical rigidity. This construction method increases long-term durability and reduces deformation risk in outdoor installations.

DX51D+Zn275 galvanized steel construction combined with outdoor polyester coating provides corrosion resistance and long service life in outdoor environments. Fully gasketed door sealing ensures consistent IP protection performance over time.

Thermal Management Design

Outdoor telecom cabinets are exposed to direct sunlight and ambient temperature variations. The insulated cabinet structure and controlled ventilation system help maintain stable internal operating conditions.

Thermostat-controlled fans activate only when required, reducing dust intake while maintaining airflow efficiency.
