Operation Guide

  1. Check Duct Readiness – Before starting, ensure the duct is clear by passing a 25 mm test pipe (1.5 m in length) through it.
  2. Airflow Verification – Attach the machine to the duct and release compressed air. If air flows freely to the duct’s exit, the setup is correct.
  3. Set Correct Air Pressures
    • Air Motor: 6 bar
    • Piston: 2-4 bar
    • Duct: 10-11 bar
  4. Lubrication Maintenance – Ensure the air lubricant system delivers 2-3 drops per minute for consistent motor performance. Perform shock lubrication after every 150 meters of cable installation.
  5. Post-Operation Care – At the end of each use, increase the lubrication rate for 3-4 minutes to protect air motors from wear and tear.
