Maintenance safety
Stop operation and isolate the machine before inspection or cleaning. Follow the official manual and site safety rules.
Routine inspection
- Inspect drive rollers.
- Inspect cable aligning parts.
- Inspect nutring/seal condition.
- Inspect duct connection tools.
- Record abnormal wear.
Connection checks
- Check air connection and fittings according to the official manual.
- Check visible electric motor/control panel condition according to the official manual.
- Inspect visible duct connection areas before storage.
- Disconnect only after the machine is safe.
