These compact machines use dedicated small-diameter seals, rollers, and duct tools. Their parts must be selected from the relevant MikroFOK, DrillFOK, or ElectroFOK code family rather than from FOK part groups.
The same spare-part name can refer to different diameter groups and machine families. A FOK pallet set is not interchangeable with a MiniFOK pallet set, and each duct connection tool belongs to a specific machine and duct diameter. Small-diameter seal kits for MikroFOK, DrillFOK, and ElectroFOK are particularly sensitive to range mismatch.
To identify the correct item, provide the machine model, cable outside diameter, duct outside and inside diameters, route type, and any existing part code. A clear photo of the installed or worn component is useful when the code is unavailable.
Supporting equipment may be required to control cable feed, air temperature, duct connection, lubrication, or cable handling around the machine. Select each item according to the machine platform, cable range, duct dimensions, compressor setup, and installation method.
Standalone accessory codes may differ from machine package spare part codes. For RFQ accuracy, share the machine model, cable OD, duct OD/ID and any existing part code together.
Use the following sequence to identify the correct cable blowing machine spare parts and verify the complete operating group before ordering:
Start with the exact machine name: HidroFOK, FOK, MiniFOK, MiniFOK Genius, MikroFOK, DrillFOK, or ElectroFOK.
Pallet sets, roll sets, nutrings and seals depend on the actual cable outside diameter, not a rough guess.
The duct connection tool must match the duct outside diameter, while the inside diameter determines cable clearance and available airflow.
If the customer has a previous purchase or a worn part in hand, the existing part code shortens the process immediately.
Check the pallet or roller, nutring, seal, aligning part, and duct tool together. Replacing only one mismatched component can leave the original installation problem unresolved.
For accurate matching, send the machine model, cable OD, duct OD/ID, route type, quantity, and known part code. Include a component photo when the code cannot be identified.
