Use these checks before operation and before requesting support.

Before you start

Confirm the machine label shows FOK Machine.
Record the serial number.
Measure cable outside diameter, duct OD / connection size, and duct ID if known.
Inspect visible air connection and cable path.
Confirm the setup is clean and stable before operation.

Setup check

Confirm cable path alignment.
Check visible contact surfaces and entry area.
Use the setup wizard to capture measured job data.

Start procedure

Position the machine on a stable working area.
Prepare cable, duct, and air connection according to the official manual.
Start only after the setup is checked.
Proceed only after movement is smooth and controlled.

Stop procedure

Stop cable movement.
Shut off air supply using site procedure.
Release pressure before disconnecting.
Clean visible debris and record any issue.

Do not force the cable. Open troubleshooting or send FOK Machine and job details to support.
