HidroFOK Quick Start

Use these checks before operation and before requesting HidroFOK support.

Cable range: 9–24 mm

Safety note

Stop operation before inspection, cleaning, or adjustment. Follow the official manual and site safety rules.

Before you start

Confirm the machine label shows HidroFOK.
Record the serial number.
Confirm cable OD is within the HidroFOK 9–24 mm range.
Do not use HidroFOK for 3–6 mm cable applications.
Confirm duct OD / connection size.
Confirm duct cleanliness and continuity.
Confirm visible cable path.

Setup check

Confirm hydraulic / air / connection condition according to the official manual.
Use the HidroFOK Setup Wizard to review cable, duct, and UPCOM Code references before support handoff.
Confirm installed setup details before operation.
Use verified UPCOM Code references for standard pallet, nutring, seal, aligning, and duct tool groups.

Start procedure

Position the machine on a stable working area.
Prepare cable, duct, hydraulic connection, air connection, and cable path according to the official manual.
Start only after the setup is checked and measurements are recorded.
Increase only after movement is smooth and controlled.

Stop condition

Stop if cable movement is blocked, unstable, or slipping.
Stop if the installed setup is not confirmed.
Record cable OD, duct OD / connection size, duct ID if known, and installed setup details.
Contact support if the issue repeats.
