Use these checks before operation and before requesting MikroFOK support.

Safety note

Stop operation before inspection, cleaning, or adjustment. Follow the official manual and site safety rules.

Before you start

Confirm the machine label shows MikroFOK.
Record the serial number if available.
Confirm cable outside diameter is within 1-6 mm.
Confirm duct OD / connection size is 4 / 6 / 10 mm or contact support.
Check duct cleanliness and cable drum feed.

Setup check

Confirm correct duct connection and sealing.
Check visible cable contact surfaces.
Confirm cable path alignment and entry area condition.
Use the setup wizard to capture measured job data.

Start procedure

Position the machine on a stable working area.
Prepare cable, duct, and air connection according to the official manual.
Verify air supply according to the official manual.
Proceed only after cable movement is smooth and controlled.

Stop condition

Stop if cable movement is blocked, unstable, or slipping.
Stop before checking the entry area or contact surfaces.
Record cable OD, duct OD / connection size, duct ID if known, and installed setup details.
Contact support if the issue repeats.
