Use these checks before operation and before requesting DrillFOK support.

Stop operation before inspection, cleaning, or adjustment. Follow the official manual and site safety rules.
Setup check
- Confirm connection condition.
- Check visible drive and contact components.
- Record installed setup details.
- Use the DrillFOK Setup Wizard to review cable, duct, and UPCOM Code references before support handoff.
- Use verified UPCOM Code references for standard Drive Roller Set, Cable Nutrings & Seals, and Duct Connection Tool groups.
Start procedure
- Position the machine on a stable working area.
- Prepare cable, duct, drive, and air connection according to the official manual.
- Verify air supply according to the official manual.
- Proceed only after cable movement is smooth and controlled.
Stop condition
- Stop if cable movement is blocked, unstable, or slipping.
- Stop before checking the entry area or contact surfaces.
- Record cable OD, duct OD / connection size, duct ID if known, and installed setup details.
- Contact support if the issue repeats.
